Short Bio:

I am a PhD student in Human Computer Interaction, affiliated with the Interaction Design Group of the University of Melbourne. My main supervisor is Prof. Steve Howard. I am also advised by Dr. Frank Vetere. Before commening my PhD (in July 27, 2009) i was a member of the Computational Physiology Lab, University of Houston. I am essentially an engineer who develops prototypes and who builds "stuff". I graduated with a MEng from the Technical University of Crete, working under the supervision of Prof. Apostolos Dollas in the Microprocessor and Hardware Laboratory. I try to understand how technology can be used in the context of issues of social concern.
